F.A.Q.

What's your processing time for orders?

Our processing time is normally just one business day. This means that if you order your items before midnight on any given day, they’ll ship the very next business day! We love getting you your orders as fast and fresh as possible.

Unfortunately, Nirvana Bath and Body is currently experiencing some processing delays resulting from a serious car accident. Our processing times may currently be as long as 1 to 2 weeks, but we promise the items are worth the wait and we will ship them as soon as possible! Feel free to wait to place your order until more information is available, and please don’t hesitate to message us if you have any questions about your order. Thanks in advance for your understanding during a difficult time.

When are items added to the shop?

The shop is restocked (and new items are released) every Friday night at 8 p.m. Eastern Time. See you then!

Do you send out free samples?

We do! We send at least one free sample with every purchase; you just have to ask. There’s an item in the shop called “Request Free Samples” that’s free to add to your cart. Enjoy!

Will the items I receive be identical to what I see on my computer screen?

The short answer is no, although we try to keep variations to a minimum, because each item is hand made as part of a small batch and some are hand painted. However, our quality control is incredibly strict and the items pictured on the site are an example of a product we’ve actually sent out to a customer. While it may not be identical, your will be just as beautiful. Small variations in computer monitors may also affect the colors of what you see on your screen.

Do you have any sales or coupon codes?

Any sales we’re currently running can be found on our Instagram. You can also sign up for email updates at the bottom of the screen to receive notifications of sales and specials.

We do have one coupon code that’s always active for our loyal customers, which can be stacked on top of other sales and promotions. You can get it by joining our Facebook group, Nirvana Bath Addicts!

Who takes those incredible photos of the girls in the bath tubs with your bath bombs?

An incredible photographer named Melvin Moten. His website is here and you can also find him on Instagram here.

How do I use a bath bomb?

Fill your bath tub with warm water and turn off the tap. Gently place the bath bomb in the water to see it float and spin out colors. Breaking bath bombs into multiple pieces is not recommended because it can ruin these effects. Touching the bath bomb while it dissolves and sitting in the tub with it as it dissolves are also not recommended due to the intense colors, but it’s up to you.

How do I use solid bubble bath?

While your tub is filling, rub bits of the solid bubble bath between your hands to dissove under the tap. You can also put the bubble bath in a strainer and hold it beneath the tap. It will begin to create bubble in the water, which can be increased by agitating the water. Break the bar in two to make it last for two baths or use the entire bar for a luxurious and spectacular bubble bath.

What's the best way to clean residual oils and colors from my tub after several baths?

The best way to keep your tub clean and keep color from clinging to the sides of the tub is to spray the inside of your tub with diluted bleach or a bleach based bathroom cleaner. Any color or residual oils will immediately begin to visibly dissolve off the tub, and any that remains can be wiped or scrubbed away. Don’t forget to rinse all the bleach residue from your tub after!
